Quantech Process Controls maintains complete in-house facilities including AutoCAD, custom panel construction, testing, calibration and SCADA and PLC programming. These facilities allow us to provide fully integrated quality process control systems to our customers.
Quantech manufactures a wide range of control panels, including pneumatic control panels, to EEMAC/NEMA Standards. Our facility is certified by the Canadian Standards Association and is in compliance with CSA Guidelines C22.2 for Industrial Products.
All products and services provided by Quantech including purchasing, inspection, resolving non-conformance, layout and assembly, point-to-point testing, live testing, high potential testing and shipping are governed by our Quality Assurance Program.
Quantech’s drawings are prepared on AutoCAD allowing submission on both hard and soft media. We are experienced at designing electrical, electronic and pneumatic control panel drawings including layouts, parts lists, wiring diagrams and loop diagrams.
